Day 36

Today was pretty much just another day.  I finally finished the laundry that I started yesterday.  What do you mean it's not supposed to take two days to do four loads of laundry?? lol

We were invited to Lacy and Brian's house for food and friendship, so we spent a chunk of the evening over there.  We had some pizza for dinner, then we played a few hands of Scrabble Slam.  For anyone who hasn't played, it's definitely interesting.  We got back home just in time for the kids to get ready for bed, and now here I am.

I didn't actually take tonight's picture, but I saw this and it made me chuckle:

Since mail delivery has been anything but regular for the guys, that could very well describe a lot of the packages they get.  I mailed Ben's first two care packages around three weeks ago, and he still hasn't received either of them (though he didn't get an Easter card that was mailed a few days after the second care package...go figure!).  Keep your fingers crossed that the mail starts getting straightened out a little better before too much longer.

And on that note, I'm off to bed.  Goodbye til day 37!!
