We have officially survived the first month of this deployment. Now we just have to get through the next eleven or so months (and I say 'or so' because you just never know when it comes to the Marine Corps).
In other news...there isn't really much other news. I slacked off today and didn't clean the family room like I was planning to. It's all good, though. I think I've done more cleaning this week than I usually do in a month, and I've managed to make a pretty good dent in all the TV shows I had backlogged on the DVR. I'm hoping things will pick up and get a little easier now that we've hit that one month mark...we shall see.
